No, not at all. Just walk into a local Ford dealer and buy one.

That was kind of the point of this thread. People have this false notion that "JDM style" is clean and all, but in reality it's pure rice. When you see a car that is "JDM Style" in America, it's more like "An American's version of JDM Style"

Yes sir. I actually talked to the owner of the car to ask him
what USDM parts are popular for that car. He named all kinds
of stuff, from little things in the interior, to the NHSTA-sanctioned
reflectors on the body, even down to the GLASS in the mirrors.
I didn't see one Nissan that is sold as an Infiniti in the states
    that wasn't USDM'd out.

JDM mean Japanese DOMESTIC MARKET! For those of you who forgot.... I didn't realize they sold riced out cars off the assembly line?

Those were not jdm... those were RDM... rice domestic market...

Haha pretty much like everything else in one country that claims to be modeled perfectly after another. I think you already did a thread on "American food" in Japan, and I know plenty of Chinese people that really hate my local Chen's Wok, etc. There's a huge difference between a culture and your representation of that culture. Not that it's a bad thing, just fun to watch.

Honestly I thought the NSX was still pretty "clean," everything but the wheels imo.

yeah thats pretty true. Being chinese my self, but raised in America i've learned to like both traditional chinese cuisine as well as "american chinese". Sometimes i go out to panda express with my friends and my moms like oh gross why would you eat that crap "i make u much bettah food!". haha. But that nsx was super dooper clean and that mustang was cool even for living in the US
