I would say try and use some dental floss just to get it loose. Then simply just peel it off.
My wife bought 3 magnets and stuck it on her car. It has been on the car for the past couple of years. I just tried to remove it and it is stuck. I was told to use a blow dryer or heat gun or even kerosene. Has anyone actually removed one before and can some tell me how I can remove it. Thanks in advance for your help.
These are the 3 magnets on the car:

I tried peeling all around it and I got bits and pieces off. I think the remaining piece/part of the magnet is possibly adhered to the paint from the hot sun shining on it almost everyday for 2 years. I dont know if using a blow dryer or heat gun can get it to loosen a little bit so I do no damage the paint.
Heat gun is a little harsh, stick with a blow dryer and continue using floss and the edge of a credit card (or other PLASTIC edge) to chip away at it. Sucks when they've been on there that long.
I'll wager your paint is already ruined.
don't be afraid of the heat gun. To damage the paint with a heat gun, you need to hold it about an inch away and keep it in the same spot for a couple of minutes. Heat guns are how a lot of detail shops remove old pin-strips.
try dental floss or fishing line and goo-gone.
