i used some pin connectors i found at radio shack and spliced them in, i dont have the part number but they were white with about 6" pigtails on them.
Parts Needed:
04320-S5A-A00 004 AR SUB-CORD (1.25) (10 PIECES) (RED) These are the pigtails
04323-SP0-A11 012 AR JOINT, TERMINAL (1.25) (25 PIECES) (RED) Terminals for connecting the old to new wires
Pretty self explanatory, and not expensive. Bonus: you get 10 pigtails, and 25 terminals, so there extras later on.
This was a response I sent to a PM, I think it pretty much sums everything up that you need for the turn signals.
Figured I'd drop it here in case someone comes looking in future.
Re: Turn Signals
Ah, had to buy the sockets man.
I'd read about trying to shave down the 02/03s to fit the 04/05 lights, but couldn't see how to do it when I was doing the swap. So I rolled around with the 02/03 sockets and signals electrical-taped to the back of the 04/05 lights for a couple weeks until I could get the proper sockets from Honda.
Here's the parts list I picked up. It's the sockets themselves, the pigtail kits to wire the sockets, and terminal connectors to splice the whole shebang in to the old harness. You'll have to cut the old sockets off the harness, then wire the new ones in with the pigtails and terminal joints. Pretty straight-forward splicing, just make sure you mess around with the pigtails before putting them together. You get 5, so there's a couple of spares to fiddle with so you can see how the connect up with the wires. Kinda hard to put in writing, but you'll get it when you actually have them in front of you.
The terminal connectors/joints are the one area where you could easily go "cheap" and pick them up at Radio Shack or something. They're just basic in-line wire splices, and the Honda price is a bit ridiculous, I just didn't feel like running to the Shack once I had the rest of the parts in, so I spent the money.
04321-S5A-305 008 AR CONNECTOR, WATERPROOF (2P 040F) (5 PIECES) (GRAY) 4.38 3.11 <---turn signal sockets
04320-SP0-T00 004 AR SUB-CORD (1.25) (10 PIECES) (RED) 17.12 12.16 <---pigtail kit
04323-SP0-A11 012 AR JOINT, TERMINAL (1.25) (25 PIECES) (RED) 40.87 29.02 <---terminal conncetors/joints/splices
That's it man, lemme know if you have anymore questions.

that is odd, i have a few friends running deps and 04-05 headlights and ive never seen them have to do this before. the only flaw of their set up is that they cannot use high beams, but they have HIDs anyway. but dont get me wrong everyone does everything their own way
Got a couple PM's about this, hopefully this will clear things up. LMK if you have anymore questions following. Sorry for the delay, haven't been on in a while! :D
Part numbers should be the same as in my SECOND post above (think the original PN was discontinued or modified).
So:
- 33303-SAA-003 - SOCKET (This is the actual turn signal socket that the bulb plugs into.)
- 04321-S5A-305 - CONNECTOR, WATERPROOF (This is the harness-side connection to the turn signal socket)
- 04320-S5A-A00 - SUB-CORD, HARNESS (This is the wire pigtail/assembly that connects above to the harness)
- 04323-SP0-A11 - JOINT, TERMINAL (This is just a simple in-line crimp joint for splicing the pigtail to the existing harness wiring.)
All parts above can be found at HondaPartsCheap on the Headlight, 04/05, and Electrical Connectors, FR pages, respectively.
LMK if that's all you needed. :D
