There is one deck i believe made by JVC that is android supported. Check them out http://mobile.jvc.com/mobile.jsp
Hey all, just curious if any of you with an Android phone went with a deck that had "Android" in the product description? I get the feeling just any bluetooth or USB deck will suffice, but was curious if there was any point at all to that feature? My wife got bluetooth in her new mazda and my phone works fine with it, doesn't show the track title or anything, but that's no biggy. Anyway, lemme know :)

Hey, yea for sure I've found a few out there that explicitly say Android, but I get the feeling it's mostly just marketing hooplah. The one you have actually linked to has an Android app for being a remote which is kinda cool, the most I've seen so far, thanks :)

i know pioneer has the AppRadio 2 that supports androids... *certain types of androids though
I use an Alpine deck with Parrot Bluetooth and don't regret it at all for my Android. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Those app radios that Pioneer developed kinda suck. We installed 2 and the both got returned still hella bugs in them i dont recommend it
Alright thanks for the input, Im going to just stick to something with bluetooth and be done with it. Sounds like "Android" support is just bad apps after all.
Yeah basically. I have the Alpine CDE-133BT and I love it.
I would stay away from Pioneer stuff, I use to install stereo systems and the Pioneer stuff sounds good but always had some problem. Range from poor radio reception, or software issues (sucks for connecting external devices such ipods, iphones or Android stuff).
