Good place to find a used or reconditioned engine.

I am looking for a K24a1 engine for a swap that i am pursuing, i called my local salvage yards and none have an engine. What are some good resources that I could use to find a good engine? All the ones on ebay seem overpriced for the amount of miles on them.

Try to get in touch with Dave. I haven't heard from him in a while but I've met him before and he's a stand-up guy.

This and this. I waited 'patiently' for my engine to pop up on car-part.com. Couldn't be happier with my purchase

I'll back this up as well.

I just helped my friend this past weekend swap in a 2007 K24A2 from a rear end wrecked TSX w/75k we got to see in person and verified mileage, car, and engine. He picked it up from a salvage yard for just over $1100 with a 90 day warranty. That price included taxes and fees as well.

    Patience is a virtue.
