    The rev limiter is controlled by the ECM not the cam profile.

    Right. We would need another ECU to take advantage of the untapped power beyond the 7100 rpm.

    yeah, cams aren't going to raise your rpm level, that's the ecu.
    These camse wouldn't work, well not both of them. The intake might, but you have to remember the other one is for the exhaust, we have two cams for the intake.
    plus you'd have to know which one is which. I think the base RSX could benefit more from those, but not by much.

    they will not work on a RSX or Si, the cams on your car only have 2 lobes where these have 3. u will need a totally different head to use them
