    Updated Dyno

If yall didnt know my old dyno #s were really terrible.

Ebay intake and Custom exhaust with Hondata put down 139 hp and 125 tq and my air/fuel was really fucked up.

With Hondatafied airbox, custom exhaust and Hondata I put down 135hp and 118 tq with my air/fuel fixed.

Now with AEM V2 intake, Magnaflow highflow cat, Magnaflow exhaust and Hondata I put a best of 142 hp and 125 tq. Air/fuel is great.

The car is running much smoother now and picks up a lot better. If your looking to gain hp from Hondata then dont get it, cause your not going to get hp from Hondata. But Hondata really does help cause its all about the gearing. When you shift it puts you about 1000 rpm higher than the stock shift point.

When ever I get my header Ill post another update.

    Peace!!

interesting about hondata. But I thought our cars kept building HP as the revs build up, meaning having those extra 1000 revs meant more HP? Also, do you have any track times? 1/4 mile times?

Hondata balances out the powerband and allows your car to be at a better rpm when shifting at full throttle. Just cause you inc your rev limit doesnt always mean you inc your power. Overall it kicks ass.

Sorry my best time is like 15.5 cause I really suck at launching on a track. I usually stick to road courses and auto cross type tracks.

I ran 15.2 with Injen CAI and hondata. I put the comptech header (not the race header) on and ran a 15.1.

    Hondata DOES make a difference.

well what did you run before hondata??? anything to compare it to? as far as i know you could have been capable of a 15.3-15.4 with intake alone. It's been done.

a header will make a BIG difference. i have a cai and catback also, when i put the header on i noticed a big difference in acceleration above 4k rpm. i would say as much or more of a difference than the cai.
