Don't do that it will chip and look ridicules.
lol
dont paint it, go to autozone and buy pinstripe tape and just put it on really carefully. Then when you realise it looks dumb (no offense) it will be an easy fix
wow! i like how everyone is saying that stock wheels suck and shouldnt bother being painted but half of the cars on this site is rocking that look. lol. i say go for it. if you fuck up... who cares? its paint! its not like you cant paint over it and make it look different. and you can get these stock wheels for like 100 bucks maybe cheaper. they arent that special where if they dont look good that you will cry about it. just do it and see what happens. i think it could go either way. thats why if it were me i would try it. as for the lip... i would use pinstripe because its gonna be soooooo hard to paint a good lip on there.
These rims do look good...
... but forget the colored lip for a stock wheel. Take the rims to a car painting shop, get them media blasted, then powdercoated with NHBP factory Honda paint. Then a couple coats of clear coat. Some black Muteki lug nuts, or maybe some red ones and some new sticky tires. Done. You'll have black rims and they will still have the H on the centercap.
There is a colored tape the motorcyclists use on their rims to give them a color lip. It's available in a lot of different colors and when you get tired of it you can remove it. It's available in tons of colors too.
This car has reflective tape lips. Talk about attracting attention.
Since everyone is calling you a ricer maybe you should stop worrying about the rims and put a turbo in your car so you can blow everyone away and make them eat their words. lol Good luck, and do what you want.

dennis i gotta agree, you are a ricer
i say go for it. i did it on my s2k few months ago. as long as you prep well and lay down good primer/clear coats you wont get chipping. here's some pics of how mine turned out. i used vinyl on the stripe and h's.
