You can always take the stock silver H, take it off, paint it black, then put it back on. But after your dremel work to the mount location it might look bad. Or next time you make an emblem use some serious glue to keep it on.

Yeah right now with the custom emblem plate gone...i see the two tiny holes. If i decide to put on the OEM front H, ill need to buy the base + h emblem. I think ill buy/put back the OEM H and paint it black like you suggested. Semi-flat black paint is what i plan to use. :)
Use some fine grit sandpaper to scratch up the stock silver H a bit before you paint it. Thin coats and wait for a hot day to do it.
just looks like the emblem fell off
hey, I'm totally interested in getting one of these. hit me up jeremiah!

i think that painted plain steel mesh would look better...it just looks like someone jacked your emblem.
I was just able to see the pics, I liked the way it looked
(before it was stolen anyway). Just a suggestion for someone, do the same thing, but take it to an engraver and get the honda "H" engraved, or do acid etch.
I'm confused, the JDM RED h only fits if you take off the riser plate right?
Did you take off the riser plate to fit the blank on there?

It looks to me like he put a smooth blank plate on the riser plate. It looked kinda cool!~
Hmm this might be a candidate.
