Well to start this car came to me this week w/ a blown K20A3, 2 pieces of heat wrap behind the manifold, 2 loose manifold bolts, and ic piping preventing car from going in any forward gears so I immediately got to work.
Pulled the blown A3 out (notice the great wrapping!):
While swapping accessories to the K24A1 I found the connecting rod's exit route lol. Right behind the starter.
Tore down the K24A1:
New Pilot Bushing/Resurfaced A2 Flywheel/Comp Stage 4 Clutch:
All A3 Parts swapped to the K24A1:
Unfortunately the turbo needs to rebuilt so I'm held up waiting for Precision to finish it up.
