I personally think our stock tail lights are bitchin! Anyway, for those who're considering a change of these lenses, keep in mind that you must remove the bumper to reach the necessary screws. I learned this the hard way as I ventured into the installation and by the time I had realized the complexity of it, it was too late.
Anyway, These APC 3-D Tail lenses were installed on my car for about 2 weeks as the car was involved in some photo shoots. I'm a conservative kinda guy so I chose to take them off my car but I'm selling them for less than half the price; $85 takes the set so don't miss-out if you plan on having a unique EP3.
These lights can be painted or left as is. On Silver Si's (especially those with Gunmetal wheels) the setup is absolutely bitchin and shouldn't be touched!
