me and leon have a mold for the Radiator Duct sooooo...
we'll prob be making a few and a few dif styles. and you could prob cut a USDM bumper out to use them.. well see ill have full pictures as sooon as both the Wing and Duct are done.
as for the headlight we have a few different things were thinking about.. we dont want the fiberglass to warp the headlight plastic. plus i gotta get a smaller battery and build a rebar to mount my tow hook and battery relocator were going to make. then a pipe right from my intake to the headlight.
I'm prob going to be driving to his house every day this week.. so that will be 1 and a half tanks of gas :(

The mold of my duct fits and sits perfect! i love it. the wing were doing kevlar on top and painting it black on the bottom. were 95% sure it will be done for Sunday.. which is the RSX/EP3 Meet in my area. i may post one more picture tonite of the wing with the sides practically finished.
the word is one more coat or resin and then the kevlar gets laid.
Today we laid the kevlar on the top.. 1st coat of resin too. its smooth as glass. i decieded to paint the bottom black! the bottom wont be done till after this weekend but ill take a few pictures of it with it on there sooon.
i test fitted the wing with the kevlar on the car.. looks great. the fitment is perfect and the color its a yellowish goldish color.
The duct WILL finished tomrrowpossibly a shoot tomrrow.. we'll see.
I want this to debut at the EP3 / DC5 Meet on Sunday hopefully it doesnt rain.

Excellent idea! I love carbon/kevlar look. I was trying to find a hood... can't wait to see the finished product.

its straight kevlar.
the top needs alittle wet sanding and another coat of resin..
the bottom needs more resin as well.. its going to be painted black on the bottom and it will be cleared on the top.
the wing is getting painted for the price of the paint since i'm going to be doing a photoshoot for the shop of thier RHD EG

i have our practice duct in now.. the new one is looking great. were planning on making at least 6 radiator ducts too.

God I love that 10X better then the HFP wing. Man I with I could afford to even ask you to make a 2nd one.
