i have a k20a3 motor, with a PRB intake manifold. i used kpro to run a k20a3rsx base tune, also the k20a3-civic-factory tune... i ran pretty much all the tunes, 270cc injectors but the car is running shit.

Those are only starting points, now you start street tuning.

And "but the car is running shit" isnt enough of a description for anyone to help you. We need to know the mods, etc.

    sorry, heres the thread
    http://ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47882

    everything is stock now.
    270cc injectors
    k20a3 motor
    stock exhaust/header
    stock intake

everything BUT kpro. i used to have a boost tune on the kpro so when i installed kmanager I uploaded one of those preconfigs and they all ran kinda the same, none ran smooth.

    k20a3-base-factory
    k20a3-civic-factory
    k20a3-87octane

alot of the k20a3, none ran properly? any ideas

Are you using the latest version of Kmanager?

I know that if you don't clear security and then use the File > New and then upload a fresh .kal it will run extremely poorly. I found this out myself the hard way at 1030 on Tuesday night... I was literally pulling what little hair I have out trying to figure out wtf was going on...

Your Short Term Fuel trim ranges from 15-25% in spots, which is very high. (IE: The ECU is adding lots of fuel to maintain 14.7 to 1. Attach your calibration for review.

Is it possible your manifold isn`t sealed properly or your O2 sensor is bad?

i think the problem may be the rsx ecu cuz the base models have a different intake manifold. their manifold has butterflys in the runners which are controlled by the ecu. if it isnt the ecu itself giving you problems then i would just make sure you are loading a ep3 k20a3 base map and go from there.
