I thought "oh, just a Prius" but clicked on it anyway because a shiny car is awesome! You're motivating me to get on mine soon...
I know its not an EP3, but I just thought I'd share.
Just detailed my friend's car today. I was surprise it is still in such good condition. There is hardly any swirl marks on it after 2ish years of ownership, and it was hardly washed.
Good thing he washed the car the day before, alot less work to do. As you can see the car is in pretty good shape, besides the bumpers and some deep scratches. Was able to remove paint that was rubbed onto the doors and bumper by another car. Made all light scratches less visible if not gone.
There isn't any type of protection or wax on the clear coat.
Clay barring the car took awhile as there was lots of contamination.
Removed a tree sap that was pretty much stuck on the bumper (no previous pics). Used Tarminator and Bug Sponge, after 5 tries.
Wrapping emblems and already finish with stage 1 polishing.
Everything all wrapped up, finish shots
The interior shots
Was only able to remove the hazing (with buffer) that the a busted bottle of nail polish did

It sucks not having a big garage to work in (if only my garage was big enough). Detailing outdoor sucks, and especially when it hot like today. But it was fun.

^Thats because the car is silver...its pretty hard to F up. Swirls and dirt arent easily seen and even if you neglect the paint it always looks the same. If your friend had a black car and hardly washed it/took proper care of the paint then it wouldnt look like that at all.
Thanks for sharing and washing the car in direct sunlight? Eeek lol
Nice, job. Sometimes when people dont wash their cars all the time the finish is not as damaged as it would be if say it was washed and towel dried every week. (no swirl marks)
Armor All...yikes.
im just hesitant to use armor all cause if not mistaken it has silicone in it...maybe the newer ones dont have that ingredient anymore?
(dimethyl silicone oil = rubber degradant)
