      where can i buy this bumper/lip combo?
      does it fit/bolt on to all years?

      bumper/lip/rill & re-bar is what you need.

      Look @ showstoppers in the vendors section

      and yes it fits all years.

      JDM Land/ICB Motorsports is a little expensive though. Hit up Showstoppers, they've got the best price that I've seen.
