Don't personally have that setup but I think you will have slight rubbing in the rear especially with that much of a drop.
Anyone running this w/ a 205/50/17 on about a 2.5" drop? Rubbing? I am debating on 16's or 17's...I have 16's now w/ a 205/45/16 and would like a bit more meat on my tire. Looking at 17's because I found a rim I like and it's not available in 16".

im slammed on ksport coilovers im seriously at ankle hieght in the front my setup is 17x7.5 in the front and i have 225x45x17s at your height i would not worry about rubbing because when i had the front higher say abot an inch there was no rub the only thing for me is when i turn since my tire set up is wider 225 i rub my fender wall not fender roof i think if you go 215x40 or 215x 35 you should not have a problem if you go 205x50 they are gonna stretch your tire a little to get the tire to fit the edges and if you hit a curb forget about curb rash your gonna need a new rim if you want meat on your tires go wider not taller more traction and less wheel wobble because your side walls will be smaller oh and the rears will not rub either
I had 215/45s on 17s with the a 38 offset, had to trim on the rear fenders a tiny bit but they worked. Oh yeah im rollin ground controls.
Yeah, i'm on ground controls too. I think I will stick w/ 16" w/ 205/50/16.
I had tein basics dropped about 2.5-2.7 with 215 50/17s on 17X7 with OEM camber and I rubbed bad on the rears in most all corners... with enough camber you might be ok. I am on a dspec+Eibach prokit 1" drop now. I love the 50 series tires on my 17s, it has saved my WORKs from getting curbed numerous times. No curbing in 1.5 yrs with them...
