boooooo, the 235s look sick. i'm probably going to go 235/45 haha.

with only a 1.25 drop 235s will fill your wells much better.

Agreed! I'm running 235/45 on HFP suspension and 17x8 +40 all around.

Definitely filled up the wells, kept stock Camber and rolled the rears.

Only rubs if car is packed with people and you go over a crater on the road.

Otherwise under "normal" driving it barely ever rubs.

i believe max camber on stock specs is 1.8 degrees. going up to about 3 degrees is really not that big of a deal though. it's not like the stock alignment is the law or anything.

true. ill be test fitting them tomorrow afternoon so i guess ill see how it is with my current camber settings.

Here's an update for mitchlikesbikes or anyone else regarding evo 8 wheels with 235/45/17 tires

i'll take back how much i thought my car was lower. i guess it wasn't as low as i thought it was, maybe an inch. (shadows are a bit decieving)





i think its plenty of clearance at the height at which i'm at right now, so i'm pretty happy. time to shop for hub rings and mitsu lugs.

I have those exact rims in matte bronze. I wrapped em in 215/40's and its just fine.

205/45r17 (dunlop 9000) on xxr 530 17x8.25 +25

My old bridgestone potenza re760 sport had a little more width at the tread(more rubbing)

my ep is lowered about 1.75" and im wondering if a 17x7 +45 wheel with 205/40/17 all around will fit without rolling or rubbing? thanks!
