Hmmm.unfortunately, I live in Canada....but, have you checked any large automotive part suppliers/stores? I got a new fender for my old 92 civic from a place called Part Source in Canada. MUCH cheaper than from Honda, and fit perfectly. Google some local shops maybe?

I bought one off ebay from USAautoparts. A sheet metal primered fender for $103 shipped. Shipping was awesome the box was bigger than my car.

Find a pull a part. I've gotten lucky plenty of times.
