When you have Recaro Questions the best place to find information is from a local Recaro dealer. The name of the option you have with the pump "thingy" is called lumbar support. It's an aid for the driver on long rides. You can also order this option and have it installed or install it yourself. There are some other other options for those seats like ventilation and seat warmers.
i already knew it was a lumber support. i just wanted to see if any other ep3 recaro owners had it. but thanks for the heads up about the ordering option and installing it yourself. thats news to me.Originally Posted by McCoy

well if anyone wants to know i guess my seats arent ep3-r recaros. found out there Recaro Sport Topline Seat
heres a link to where i can confirm it. picture also shows the back lumper support pump also. so its safe to assume these are real recaros but not ep3-r lol.
