Well on july 1st i am picking up my new car from skunk2 and heading back home. I am leaving from Skunk2 Head quarters and heading back home to boston, Ma.
Anyone have any suggestions, idea's, quick routes, places to avoids, things to make sure i do and dont do..i drive to florida once a year so im no stranger to long trips..but let me know some of your distance travel jedi tricks.
i have dubbed this trip the JIMBall 3000 (yes like the gumball)

OH and the reason for buying an "already built" car...i am tired of building cars, trouble shooting, breaking, building, breaking, building...ive spent way to much time/energy. Ive already done an ep3 (just no motor swap) this was before everyone was jumpin on the K bandwagon back in 04.

congrats on the purchase. i would love to make a cross country trip one day
not that i would commend this type of behavior, but i would possibly read Alex Roy's "The Driver" about his cross country journey for the sake of it
for the rest of us, you should pick up a webcam and mount it on the dash to create a time lapse video of your trip. personally i think that would be pretty cool and something i know i would like to do if i made a journey that far
