Very nice pick up!
So I sold the integra I just rebuilt not to long ago to pick up a new ride. I have known the guy for quite a while and is a cool guy and he came to me and my wife knowing we was wanting one of these cars again. He says to us do you wanna buy mine and I was like hell ya if your gonna sell it. Well he is like for you since your a good friend and I know its going to a good home I will sell it to you for 4500. I was like sold so I sold the integra and he allowed us to pay half now and then pay the other when we got our taxes. So the guy lives in Kentucky and I live in nc so we both drove halfway to meet up so I can get it. Well this is what I picked up. We bought a fbp 99 Honda civic si (em1) with 110k on the body and 90k on the motor. Now on to the list of mods and pics.

looks good bro
Thanks guys, it has some work that needs to be done to it. The carbon fiber hood needs to be recleared, the interior needs work. Thinking of putting ep3 or rsx-s leathers in it to replace the del sol's. The motor I wanna get a light weight fly wheel and probably a stage 3 clutch to open up the acceleration alittle with also some cams.
Congrats man you will be very satisfied with the em1!
Thanks man, I am very happy with it. The wife and I miss our old one, it was a 99 mr one and it was real clean. It's gonna be hard now though especially since I have 2 si toys to buy stuff for now lol
nice ride man. and pretty low miles too! I dunno bout the wheels tho haha. I've always been a fan of these wheels on EMs:

didn't post pic cause it's huge, but you get the idea
The swap has been in it since the previous owner bought it. It was swapped in it 5 yrs ago when the body had 20k miles lol. But ya those wheels look good. I mean I'm not a big fan of the v2s but they are rare and at least they are the real things and not fakes. We wanna get a set of ccw's for it.
holly crap dude you got a steal!
on a side note... isn't awesome having a partner thats into cars as much as you are? I think if it wasn't for the wife i wouldn't have got the ep3 to where it is today.
nice pickup! but a quick question, why not use a stage 1 clutch? why put yourself through the hassle of a pain in the ass to drive setup when a stage 1 will more than hold what youll do with that, unless you boost, a freind of mine had one that made 199.7whp and it was on the stock clutch forever with no issues, drag radials and all, track and street! haha
Ya I am blessed to have my wife into cars, I mean she wasn't always into them but it grew on her over time.
I mean I could just go with a stage 1 for alittle bit better catch in it cause its only stock now but true bout pain in the ass to drive. I drove my buddies that has a stage 4 clutch and a quick release master cylinder and it was a bitch.
Took a small photo shoot with some local nb miatas, the em1 and the ep3.
Very nice!! Really like the Panda Meet you guys put together!
*Also, congrats on dragging your wife into the fun life of car modifications!!
