Update 9/26/13
My turbo kit came in today
I opened up the box. Everything was packed nicely. All the gaskets is there. It doesn't come with vacuum hose though, but I already bought some. Only problem was that they gave me a wrong manifold. They have a really good customer service. My new one have been shipped out already !!! but still, I have to moved my appointment to next weekend.
The boxes.
Lets start with the turbo. It came in a nice box.
Inside the box. When you open it up you will see these two.
This is the turbo, it is a 50/63 trim turbo.
Looks a lot better than the turbo in my other kit.
I'm picking up a same turbo, brand new in box by EMUSA off craigslist for $60 this weekend for a spare !
This is the intercooler. Came in a nice box.
Inside the box.
The logo.
I know a lot of people didn't get the mounting brackets but I got mine
Wastegate box.
Inside the box. 38mm wastegate with 8PSI spring installed. It also come with 2PSI and 1 PSI spring. It also comes with a bag of hardware and vacuum ports.
Like I said earlier, I wanted to run 9PSI so I added 1PSI spring (the taller one)
If you need a manual, go to Emusa Info thread by AKEP !
BOV box.
It is a HKS replica, I will not being using it. I will be using a Greddy BOV. The BOV spot on the intercooler pipe is made for a Greddy BOV.
It comes with HKS BOV adapter.
Manifold box.
This is the wrong manifold. I don't even know what car is this one for.
Intercooler piping.
Couplers and T clamps (missing one 90d elbow but you only need one. I contacted EMUSA and they're senting me 2 more along with my manifold).
Downpipe. It goes from 2.5" to 3". I will be getting a custom 3" pipe done all the way back.
Oil feed and return lines.
That's all I got in the box !
I kind of put everything together and see how everything looks, everything was taken out and put back in their bag. Everything will be put together nicely the day is turbo is being installed !
A pictures of the oil restrictor.
Mounting it on the turbo.
A picture of my TP8. the oil line go on top, the oil switch go to the right and the thread goes in your block(replaced with your oil switch).
