So I also have a K20a Type R but its from the Ep3* Would I have to run an Ep3 JRSC Blower on it or can the Dc5 Blower be used instead?
My DC5 manifold is still running strong even 5 years later. My only gripe is I didn't go with a 3.2" or smaller pulley from the get go for clearance and power. Just make sure you take your time with the swap and put it together slowly. I helped 2004EP3HATCH and IllDiesel install one into their Ep3s as well. It's a simple swap once you start taking things apart.
You can use the DC5 JRSC manifold on ANY Ep3. You just have to do with a little AC maneuvering and a little clearance issue on any 3.4" or larger pulley. A 62.2" belt will work with a K20a2 crank and 3.4" pulley and a 62" works with the 3.2".

So how do you bend the AC line to make it fit?

I bend the curve more straight to get little bit more lenght here
then i pulled the ac line toward the radiator support to get some clearence from the blower

For the bottom ac line i made work too
Had to make little bracket and bend just a bit the line and everthing is ok

So i had poor numbers..
Now i'm waiting for my 3inch blower pulley and a re-tune and new 3inch exhaust
