    can't after the estimate, you get a check so that you can go buy the stuff yourself? unless the estimate price doesn't include oem.

    Go in there and demand you want all OEM new parts. I used to work at a Honda Collision shop and they always skimped out to save money. They will do it, you just have to prove a point. Plus the aftermarket tails for our cars are complete shit. Good luck!

    Sorry - I'm not getting the "notification by emails" for this - any idea mods?

    Took it to the shop Thursday afternoon - I'm expecting a phone call today or tomorrow, the car was "$1500 away from being totaled" but when they start tearing it down, they may find that extra $1500 in damage. If that's the case, I'll buy it back to part out. If not, I should have it back in like 10 days.
