After reading some posts,If im buying a ctr kit for my ep3. it doesnt fit, right? why? even the spoiler?

U need to be more specific. what do mean by kit ? There's ctr replica lip kits. Is that what u mean? Or authentic type r bumpers and spoilers

I think the following is what he is referring too:

NO The CTR lip and/or bumper kit is not a direct fitment. This is due to US NHTSA regulations on re-bars to sustain more damage than the EU/JP counterparts so they are beefier units and the bumper cannot clear without modification of said re-bars and/or full replacement with EU/JP parts.

NO the CTR spoiler is not a direct fitment because the EU/JP hatches use a different size rear hatch glass and thus this affects the placement of a CTR spoiler on our US hatches.

YES the CTR sideskirts are a direct fitment on 04-05 US models that came stock with sideskirts or 03 models that came with the HFP kit because the holes are pre drilled on the car already to accept the sideskirts

YES replica kits will fit all US model years but as with anything replicated, perfect fitment is not guaranteed. Perhaps around 95% fitment with the other 5% being odds and ends on your part to make fit on your vehicle

That website is from the UK. so the parts are meant for the EP3R

If you want a replica kit, it's almost all fiberglass.. There's a newer ebay listing for a ctr style front lip in urethane. you can give that a shot.. its only ~$100
