      Torn Mud Guard - Fix?

      I have a mud guard that tore from the bottom from being a little too low and was wondering what I can do to repair it. It's not torn completely but it sags from the bottom. What type of adhesive can I use to reattach it? It's going to be near impossible to find a replacement now that their discontinued.
      Any help is appreciated.

      superglue lol from the inside or duck tape it! pics would also be helpfull lol
