did i meet you at MIR one time you had 00si whels on your car?
Do you have a closeup of the rims? What size tires u running?
Heh, since I dont know what MIR is then I doubt it. Plus I've never had 00 si wheels at all. I'll try to make it to the next meet whatever that is. KITOriginally posted by 2k2civicSi

As for my rims and tires... Sometimes I cant really justify some really expensive items. When I got my rims I just got them on Ebay. They are similar in style/looks to the Buddy Club's. I got them fairly cheap and wrapped some decent rubber on them. I went 16" for a mix of performance and looks. I ride on some rough roads too so I chose a fairly large sidewall of 45.
The rims are 16"x7" (7" I think) and are Nippon Type C's.
Tires are Sumitomo's HZR II's 205x45x16.
Here are some closeup's
I guess something is wrong with your camera :)Originally posted by TravisEP3
Can anyone explain why my car looks pink?
I love the rims man. I was sooooo close to getting those in silver.
nice pics, nice ride:)
Wow those tires look really aggressive...do they ride a lot stiffer than the OEM Michelins?
Thanks and thanks. The tires are absolutely awesome. A lot of people go with the Falkens. These are in the same price range. The ride even with the drop is improved in so many ways but comfort is not a compromise. I'd say they are a tid bit stiffer than the stinky Michelins but they are sooo much better. The stock tires are horrible imo. These grip sooo much nicer. But no sacrifice of comfort what so ever even with the drop and tires. :D
what did you run at the strip?
The best I ran at the strip was a 15.277. Take note that was before my tires and suspension was put on. I did however have the clear corners which add a lot of grip plus a few hp's. I've yet to get back up there w/ the new tires but my times should improve. :D
