I'm skeptical of an 04.Originally posted by hamproof
Shouldn't the Si be a 2 year run? Last Si ran from 99 to 00. Why do we have the 04 now?
In case peeps didn't catch my last comment though, the pic is of a Type R....not the 04 Si (if there is one), and I hope it doesn't as I currently like the oddity

if 04 come with k20a2. i be flipping
if they give it the a2, Honda better offer previous a3 owners an option of an a2 swap at a lower price. I don't see that happening.
i dont see that happening either. if anything just a little mid generation restyling, nothing big like sheetmetal changes or anything
"fresh restyling" and added "ammenities" = more weight on an already chunky car. Not interested, unless "A2" appears in the engine type.
Honda could offer their own special ecu reflash and charge a few hundred bucks.
You guys lost yo damn mind.....even if they put a bigger engin in it....the price is gonna sky rocket....MSRP on our cars was 19.7k
If they bring the type r over here....its gonna MSRP for like 26....and they wouldnt do that cuz they would have to discontinue the S2000.
If anything they will add better wipers, better tires and a different color.
OK, yes.Originally posted by Zero Three Si

S2000 is a roadster, how would CTR compete from its market segment?they would have to discontinue the S2000.
Similar price range....similar engins...Originally posted by furious

If (and that's a big if) they brought the CTR over, it wouldn't be 26k. 22 to 23k is reasonable (as an MSRP).
As for removing the S2000...how? It's RWD, it's being upped to a S2200 (2.2L) and will have more power.
It's a 2 seater and the Si is a hatchback.
Either way, we're not getting the CTR and the S2k is here to stay.
