Personally, I'd go with the KWs/Tein SS's.
You get everything done in one shot, with the exception of
sway/tie bars. But from what I've read so far, it seems that just
an aftermarket rear sway bar is a good enough improvement in
the short term (you can get a used RSX-S sway bar or JDM DC5-R
sway bar for under $100).
Getting just springs sort of seems like postponing the
inevitable. That's not to say I won't be doing that if I find a good
deal on springs :D - plus, a guy that works at the service dept.
of my dealer told me "As long as it's not slammed and on the
ground, they'll warranty your stock shocks."
