      Question about stock shocks.

      Are our stock shocks rebound dampers only or are they compression dampers as well? Just curious.

      all shocks damp both compression & rebound motions.


      aftermarket shocks that offer adjustability do not always offer rebound & compression adustment. Sometimes there is a single knob to control both. other times only the compression or rebound damping is adjustable, and ideally, both the rebound & compression damping are adjustable separately. but you won't find that except on some fancy coilovers or some race shocks.
