    Red face smokey muffler

    I just got a muffler put on and when i got home it was kinda smokey. Is this usual for a new muffler? Id like to know before i call someone.

    It's just some oil burning off from the manufacturing process. It should go away soon.

    It gonna BLOW-UP run, run NOW:p :p :p :p

    Just kiddin, mine did the same for a few minutes, go for a long drive and it all will burn off.

    im gussin that the oil is making that smell too?..please say yes..please

    you said nothing about a smell. that's a much more serious problem!
