    Help! Blinkers don't work!

I left my friends house tonight and my blinker stopped working down the road. I couldn't figure out what fuse controlled the blinkers since it is dark (2:35am) and it wasn't labeled on the fuse box lid. Can anyone tell me what to do? My hazards still work.

Try the bulb in the blinker and the fuse box under the hood.

    under hood fuse/relay box:
fuse number 5 - turn signal/hazard relay, turn signal lights

    under dash fuse/relay box:
    fuse number 19 - turn signal/hazard relay

Well we had gotten it narrowed down to the drivers side. The hazards didnt work, but the blinkers on the passengers side would unless we tried to use the blinkers on the drivers side. At that point the fuse under the dash and in the fuse box under the hood would blow. = / I think it's a connector but we didn't think to check them before we dropped the car off at Honda last week. They are charging me $300 just cause they had to make sure it wasn't my neons, my radio and my start engine button. Bastards. I even went in there and told them where they could find the problem and I guess they didn't listen to me at all.
