I'm not familiar with these speakers, but if they have a decent sized basket/magnet, you may have to use a spacer to clear the window. If you do, you may also need to trim some plastic off of your door panel. It's pretty simple, and when you get it back together, you can't tell anything's changed.

I know for my speekers I got a 1.5 riser I think it was and I had to do no cutting and I cleared everything. They were infinity speekers but I had a good amount of room to the back.

They are just like a huge plastic washer. I bought mine at best buy for I think $10.

they will not fit...you will need to cut the in your door bigger with some metal cutting scissors. what i would recommend you to do is this. on the BACK of the box of the speakers (it's all white where it shows all the contents etc... It's hard to see, but there's a cardboard RING that you can pop out. That ring is the same size as the ring on the speaker. use that ring as a reference to mount your speaker. Keep in mind, you also need to mount the speaker a bit lower because it does stick in more, if you mount it incorrectly, it will hit the glass when the glass rolls all the way down.

I have the same speakers and basically just wanted to confirm what Vivdpearl said. You will have to cut, and when you roll down the window, it will stop right before going inside the door. Mine has like 1/4" of glass sticking out the top.

    Thanks for info~

    Thank you guys for info..
    I just finished mounting speaker...
I had to cut out door to make it to fit...also cutted lower part only...so...window rolls down without touching speaker..but no spacer needed.

Thank your guys again..and this speaker is GREAT!!! sounds so much
    better than stocky ones....
