any one have any idea's
Hey guys,
I have a greddy kit and a XS boost controller. I have her running at like 10psi but here is the ? It will hit 10psi quick then settle down to like 8psi almost like its spiking any idea why?? Do I have it hooked up wrong I checked for leeks in my I/C piping couldn't find any. Any Ideas???? When I take off the boost controller and run stock boost I stay at a solid 6.5-7 ish psi.
Thanks,
Steve O
i had a rply but i dont know what happened to it
but NE ways set you b/c 2 psi higher cause from past ex manull ones will spike to the setting and then go down less than wanted
my post was alot longer than this but i dont know what happened to it
same with other threads i replyed to last night
damn this new layout
i once had a 592whp ep on pump gas, i sold it and bought a Z
(heed my advice i know what im doing)
i was thinking on getting a boost controller too, but one shop told me that our greddy kit already maxed out our injectors, and if we boost up the psi, it will mess up the emange. But I am not sure if he is right.....
your shop guy is wrong
the emanage is adjustable plus our injectors are440 cc
mine is set to 9 and i have no probs cause i dont have the emanage fix yet TOO RICH
but all you would have to do is up the boost and get it tuned ona dyno
but i think youll need the support tool for the emanage or the profecEO1 like i have
tuning the emanage is similar to tuning the vafc

about your boost problem you need to get a three bar map sensor ,so you can turn the boost up.. i had that problem too then i got the sensor and i'm pushing it to 12 psi with stock internal making 335whp.... i advise you do not push it more than 12 pound. si compression 9.8.0 is only recommed by honda to take 12 pound .Only after that you need after market low compression pistonOriginally Posted by bgsteve523
