There is a small chance you will need to resurface it. Don't worry about it unless there are heat spots on it or it is really scratched.
I took off my tranny to check out the clutch and it looked like this:
So I figured I'd get a new disc. I found a disc (no pressure plate) with 12k miles on it. I'm doing the install this weekend and no place will be open to resurface the flywheel. I've heard of people scruffing the flywheel will 120 grit sand paper or emery cloth. What should I do?
I'm planning on buying a new clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, bearing in a month or two. I just need this to last in the meantime.

Find a shop that can beadblast it, that is the next best thing to resurfacing. But I would suggest a resurface.
What clutch are you planning on?
