They finally list the 04's on Kelly Blue book now. At least mine is still worth about $15,000 as a trade in.

99-00 Civic Si's are expensive because they all get stolen.

I think once the aftermarket for the k-series cars really blows up, I'm talking like how b seires are now, the ep's will become a hot commodity(sp?). They are the chepaest of the cars compared to the rsx-s & tsx, parts from the rsx-s are pretty interchangable, not to mention the plethora of ctr parts that can be found, its a hatchback, and not as easily found as the rsx's or even tsx's are.

Yes the resale value is super high on the em1's but they came out right around the time when the b-series motors really became very popular stateside(we all know it was the first and only usdm civic with a b series) . The ep's value is dropping faster but I think the value will level off some eventually and stay quite stable.

Sold my 2002 EP w/ 21,600 miles 2 weeks ago for $12,500...that is about top dollar ($13k) right for it. Car Max only offered me $9,600 that was a major low-ball on their part...all because it had some mods (suspension & intake)...they supposedly only want to buy all stock cars...blah...blah. Also, $9.6k is the wholesale price.

I bought my 2002 in early 2003 brand new for $15,200. A guy I work with offered me $10,500 for it, but I told him I wasn't interested in selling. I think its value has held up well compared to what I paid originally.
