    my headlight...

    well it rained today and i found out that my left headlight is fogged up... how do i get rid of the fogginess in my headlight? do i need to replace the headlight??

    i took out the bulbs and placed the hair dryer facing inside the headlight
    about 15min. fogs are gone and i re-seal the top of the headlight.

    i have not personally done this. but i have heard of people place those silica packet you find in like sneakers inside the headlights to soak up the moisture

    you can't just use a hairdryer to heat up the headlight... maybe to get rid of the moisture inside, but that's it... just get you some clear silicon and reseal along the seam... if you want it to be a lil better than that, put it in the oven and heat it up... after its hot, press teh halves together to reseal...

    I've done that in headlights before especially after doing a retrofit, but it will only work if you have a little condensation.

    just unplug the bulb and let it dry out.
