    well I'm done for the day! couple issues were brought up but that's only with my car and my skills.

    issue #1 I got a bold stuck in my oil pan

    solution.....I'm going to grind that bolt down to the stem and just slide the oil pan off! any objections or suggestions?

    solution....i sprayed some w40 on it so hopefully tomorrow they will be a lil bit easier to loosen!

    issue #3 is the same as #2 but the header bolts are tight as hell to the block! wasn't strong enough to get them loose!

    hopefully tomorrow i will get the headers and oil pan off and install the turbo and inter-cooler. Thanks for staying tuned in for that latest in the rev hard chronicles

    For the bolts get a breaker bar for them it will make it a lot easier.

    If you leave nearvy I would help you, oh by the way take your time and put a rugh on the down pipe because a nut or something else could go down and then you have to take all your piping to get it out almost hapen to me

    i said it like twice dont grind that bolt off or you will have to tap the block.
    they have tools to take off striped bolts

    my garage looks the same way right now. im using a k24 though so im swapping as well. iv come to problems myself so this is going slow. and usually with the exhaust i always snap the bolts and buy new ones.

    and yes get a striped bolt removing kit they are like what 20 bucks at ace. drilling the block is not worth it!!!

    i would heat wrap mostly every wire back there cant be too safe. also try using pb blaster or liquid wrench on those header bolts and a breaker bar.

    i went crazy wrapping wires, you can never be 2 safe, it gets hot ass hell back there man, go nuts, buy extra if u have 2
