torque #'s alone
this is wild. thats about the only way to put it. At one of the dfw meets we had derek (nemesisITR) run a friend with an rsx-s with hondata flash (lower vtec and 8600 redline, also had aem cai)
first race rsx edged him out, second time ITR won.
just look at these graphs though....the stock k20a2-4 is what Bo-vein has i believe. just look what improvements the k20a itr segment has provided:

These numbers were obtained on an RSX Type-S engine with DC5 ITR cams and Hondata flash. These are NOT a 2001 ITR numbers.
really? i was gonna say, why waste their time with the ITR when they should be working on our cars!!!! actually why didn't i just get a type-s.:(

I feel ya! I wish our cars came with a Type S motor
i never said those were 01 itr #'s.....but the torque #'s are amazing with just .5 more CR and a set of more aggresive cams. they said something about the intake runners on the 02 itr being wider or something. you are right that is what makes the most of the differenceOriginally posted by Gibhunter
