Need help ordering exhaust manifold nut!

A while ago,
I ordered a replacement nut for my header. My last one stripped. I went to pick it up from the dealership and as feared, it was only the nut and not the stud. I have the old nut/stud but it seems the nut is stuck on the stud. How should I removed the nut from the stud? ...or on the other hand if it would be easier, how do I order a new stud? Could not find it on the parts list.

this is where i bought all my other exhaust parts. i cant seem to find it either. if you click on exhaust manifold, it shows the nuts but not the studs.
i have looked for this before, never found it.... hopefully someone knows.

I think it might be number 15 on on this page, or in the picture below:


The part number is 90026-PNA-003 (BOLT, STUD (10X39.5)). The size seems to match up with the nut, so hopefully this is what you are looking for.
