      Who blew by me on the GSP today?

      Just trying to find the black EP who blew by me on the Garden State Parkway today (1/2). It was right before the Raritan Tolls in Woodbridge about 4:10pm. It looked lowered about 2 in. with gunmetal 16's or 17's, a growling exhaust, and definitely had HID's. Just wanna let you know it looked so sweet buzzing through traffic!
