Minor lighting help

I'm guessing the light bulb on my driver side rear bumper (not the main tail lights) is not working anymore... Just wanted to ask how I can replace this, do I have to take off the bumper and do all that work? I can't find any opening to reach it when I open the hatch. Also what size is the bulb?

noooooooooooooo. if your car is lowered just jack the back side up and crawl underneath. Wear safety goggle so you don't get dirt in your eyes. Then you can reach from the bottom and detach the bulb holder to pull the bulb out. Very easy. No need to remove bumper.
