lol that sounds like a lot of bs to me but want mani do you have on there now, the rbb?
So my tuner told me I'm getting alot of knock because the sri is sucking up alot of heat...now he told me I would need a Rbc with a Cai but really that's another $500 is there any other way to go with just a Cai and be carb legal ?

Yeah... This swap is giving me a big headache
Its a real reputable tuner
i had a short ram right after my swap and i had no knocks, right now i have a cai and its made out of 3" flexible tubing because no one makes a cai that fits the rbb mani. If you have the cai from your old k20a3 you can make that fit by getting a 90 degree silicon elbow and trimming some of the cai. I dont know why its giving you such problems, who put it in? me and 2 of my friends did mine and had it all buttoned up in less than a day. If your battery is in the trunk its a lot easier to fit a cai
well this the part I tell you I had the injen cai for the ep3 and the guy who swapped the k24a2 said he can cut it and turn it into a sri so i could have a intake and I was like okay but now i'm like if I go with a rbc I would have to get anew injen cai
just get flexible hose, it cost me $10 for like 4 feet of it
I'm just gonna take it easy for right now til I get enough money for the whole set up
Im thinking about doing this since i already have the injen elbow

do you have your battery relocated? if you dont than you cant do that but if have the battery in stock location i have a DIY that shows you how to make one if you want
talk to the guy he said the only reason he relocated the battery is to fit the blower... idk what that means lol
