You can email it to me :)
Also, did you guys have to remove your rebar to fit the intercooler/charge piping? I ended up removing mine.
And, am I going to have any issue clearing my foglights?
I have the Emusa manual in a email/word document and cant figure out how to post it on the forum, if someone knows how to do it pm me with your email and I will email it to you.
EDIT: Emailed to AUtiger so hopefully he can find a way to post it, if not I can email it to anyone who wants it

outstanding. i can upload it to a file hosting service and whatnot. i keep alot of stuff online and archived on my external. i have all sorts of manuals n stuff.
mugenep3@gmail.com if you wanna.
yeah, someone else may need to try. I was putting it all together by resizing the photos and uploading them to photobucket, but apparently MS Paint is using up too much of my RAM. Because now I can't even close paint, let alone save anything without an error message and I have to use task manager to close it.
The other option was to post it as an attachment like a datalog or calibration, but I have too many attachments and the file is too large
send it to me?

I feel that my kit came somewhat incomplete. Did you guys get any sort of mounting brackets for our intercooler?
Or am I going to have to fabricate my own?
looking at the manual, you need to fabricate your own
Does anyone have the wastegate spring rates specs ?
Here a picture of my EMUSA intercooler install ..
What do you mean by the specs. It's a 7psi spring that comes with the wastegate. You could just pick up a tial wastegate spring if you want to change it. The Tial wastegate I just got in a trade is coming with a 10psi spring, but I might pick up a 7psi spring to use instead.
Yes I have a seperate manual explaining what the other spring rates are and how to up the psi of your wastegate, pm me your address and I will email it to you as I can't post that one up here either.
manual emailed, Yes you have to fab up some brackets but its not that bad you just need 3 3.5" pieces of aluminum/steel with a hole in each end.
Emailed manual
No you don't have to remove the rebar to fit the intercooler, to install properly you should have the intercooler brackets on the top of the IC going to the rebar. I kept the rebar with no problems at all.
Ok here is the manual for the Intercooler piping and turbo,
And the wastegate
