A Japanese company by the name of Weds Sport has come up with the first full carbon fiber wheel. They unveiled the wheels with what they call their Dry Carbon Wheel Project at the last Tokyo Auto Salon show.

One wheel weighs in at just 2.76kg, which works out to be 6.08475844 pounds. Interested in getting a set of these for your car? Expect to pay around $10,000-$12,000 for the set. While it sounds expensive, you can easily spend $8,000+ on custom three-piece forged wheels from a company like HRE.

Usually between 2 and 2.5k, unless I'm going up hill. But never over 3.5k. Also when coastin or going down hill don't go into nuetral, keep it in gear. I avg 32 my best is 35 about 75pct hwy.

Also idk about any one else but my mpgs seem to suffer more on hwy unless I set cc at 65 instead of 70

Man, I'm thinking that's more than just a throw-out bearing. The bearing is generally just a kind of high-pitched whine, that sort of turbine, metal on metal spinning noise.
If that clicking/knocking I heard right at the end of the vid was your transmission, that sounds more like something has gotten loose and is knocking around in there, which means you probably need to replace the pressure plate if nothing else.

All that being said, I'm sure one of the gurus will chime in shortly and give you a more exert opinion.

Keep your RPM above 2200. Shift to when you're on the next gear it's exactly on 2200. GL on the 33+mpg days.

Even though I'm flat-out broke, I still care more about driving my Honda the way she's meant to be driven, than caring how many MPG's I can get... Just me.

You know shifting too early uses up more gas too, right?

    ^Fact.
Not to mention that it causes more stress on the whole drivetrain...

Keep the engine within the upper torque band area to optimize efficiency and power.
