So, my recently garnered input; 32mm is just stupid.
I had a track day at Harris Hill Road this past Friday. First one ever, and it was terrifying.
What I've realized about the two offs I had, though, since the day and constantly thinking it through, was that even with the smallest 22mm Progress bar, the back end of the EP wanted to rotate pretty well. In fact, well enough at speed that I went ass-first into the weeds both times.
Granted, I'm completely inexperienced on the track, and both incidences were a result of driver error; wrong input from me.
But at the limit, I find it telling that I actually went around instead of just plowing like a FWD car would be expected to do.
Think on it. I really don't think I'd want to be running that 32mm bar if I ever needed to evade something on the highway. Bad, bad, bad day.
