    Question?

Looking to buy an 02 si with a k20a2 swap already done he says the only issue is the idle goes up and down due to an 02 sensor after header install should i stay away?

The idle going up and down is most likely the iac. Is the check engine light on? What's the condition of the rest of the car?

Rear quarter panel had some work done said some lady backed into him at the market, everything else works fine ac blows cold 80k on chassis 50k on motor. Is that a hard or costly fix?

You may be able to clean the iac and get the fluctuating idle to stop. If there was something wrong with the o2 sensor, it should trigger a code. Is the check engine light on? And post pics of the car if possible

That's a pretty good price if its in good condition. Ask if you could set up a test drive. Drive it and use your best judgement to see if it checks out. If you need to replace the o2 and iac, it shouldn't be more than a couple hundred bucks. And check what codes its getting.

Honestly I would run a diagnostics on the check engine light cause I just got a JDM k24a swap and my check engine light is off... If he has a race header then maybe that answers that check engine light but like I said I would run a obd test on it just to see what codes you get

Yeah, the headers will cause a p0420 code bc it has no cat. Ask someone who has a code reader to make sure its the only code. It could mean the difference between a simple fix and a costly headache

I definitely agree with you... Could be the difference between spending 30 bucks on a defouler or spending hundreds maybe even thousands on our car

Most mechanics have the obd reader so yeah also have them check all the gears to make sure no issues with the tranny or clutch cause that will also be a huge hit in the wallet
