day-time running light issue

Hey, i'm have an issue with my daytime running lights...
Some of the time when I start my car the DRL light will come on and make a buzzing noise and flicker very quickly and myu front right headlight won't turn on... To make it go away I have to switch my headlights to night then back to DRL's.
How do i fix this craziness?

It's possible the DRL relay is bad....

i saw someone on kijiji that said he can fix it for $50... think it's worth it? and yes it's for the problem specifially
