Yeah whatever happened to that? There used to be one a while back...

It disappeared before I ever became a mod, but I always thought there was no real "back end" to it. Even when we had one we used this thread, for better or worse.

Truthfully I've gotten so burnt out on reporting about 6 spam threads every few hours that I've started checking for it less often.

pretty much.

you'll get a increase to 500 PM's in your PM box, signature, green user name and access to the greenies subforum.

Are pictures no longer required in the Auto Parts Classifieds forum?
Just asking, as I notice when I occasionally check in there's always at least one thread with a bunch of parts listed and no pics up.

What gives?

I've tried to upload pictures from three separate computers and every time you click on the attachment button and blank screen comes up that looks like the boarder for the webpage. Is there something I'm missing?

subscription fee is now $35 (spoke to Joe) - he has revamped the site sponsor membership to include bigger storage for pics, full site access ,etc. for those that dont have the membership you can use other sites to host the pics and link them here.


as for the classifieds - pics are still required. please link the threads you may find with no pics here and they will be deleted. however, since there seems to be an attachement issue, we will try and resolve that first...

also, try using another skin setting on the forum and see if that fixes your pic issue. the site needs an update again. vbulliten is always tweeking something!

My PM inbox seems to be messed up. It says I have 51 messages stored, of 25 allowed. I can't actually see any messages though, I have already deleted them all.

I don't need to save anything in there.

How To Post Pictures

Step 1: Click on 'Insert Image' icon:



Step 2: Click on the 'From URL' tab:



Step 3a: Insert the image's url/link in the 'URL:' field (RED ARROW)
Step 3b: Uncheck the 'Retrieve remote file and reference locally' box (BLUE ARROW)
Step 3c: Click 'OK' (GREEN ARROW)



Step 4: Click 'Post Quick Reply':


That's it!
